2008 Ride and Stride

The 2008 Ride and Stride please will take place on 13 September, 2008 from 10am to 6pm.

Friends events for 2008

We are now planning some very interesting events for Friends of the Trust in 2008 after our successful visits in 2007 to Attenborough, Blyth, and Lindby and Papplewick. The first event will be the annual Summer Party which this year will take place on Friday 13th June from 6pm in the Walled Gardens and Vinery at Clumber Park, followed by a talk in the Gothic Revival Chapel by Professor Rory O'Donnell, the leading authority on the work of Pugin and a Fellow of the Society of Antiquaries.

There has been a change of date for our second event of the year.  The visit to West Markham, Ossington and Egmanton will now take place on Saturday 19th July and Friends will be receiving details shortly.
